NEC Computers launches the VERSA S9100, a 12-inch notebook, positioned to conquer the ultra-portable market.
NEC Computers is extending it's range further. NEC Computers have announced the VERSA S9100, which, being a 12" ultra-portable notebook is perfect for highly mobile executives and sales people alike. This addition to the manufacturer's range of notebooks will meet the ever-changing needs of this market.
The VERSA S9100 is equipped with the latest Intel® Centrino technology with the Intel® Core 2 Duo U7600 processor and 2GB RAM to offer power and speed. It also has a 160GB 5400rpm shock-resistant hard disk.
With a Li-Ion 6 cell battery, giving 6 hours autonomy, and a backlit LED screen, the VERSA S9100 is the ideal tool for mobile users. It is ultra-portable, weighing only 1.25Kg (including the DVD burner). It also has an 802.11n wireless network card for maximum connectivity. The integrated Intel® 1GB Turbo Memory provides a quicker start-up for Vista applications and also increases autonomy by limiting the use of the hard disk.
